CARE WITH ORDER ADDRESSING
(VITOCLEI STORE) will arrange for the products to be shipped to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, so that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask that you be careful when filling in the address at which you wish to receive your order.
ABSENT RECIPIENT
Please make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the Post Office closest to the address, and, in this case, it will be necessary for the recipient of the package, collect it at the Post Office, within 7 calendar days. If the recipient of the order does not collect it, as per the Post Office standard, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring the payment of a new shipping fee to resend the product.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Post Office website, using the tracking code provided by the store.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
(VITOCLEI STORE) is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address for orders placed in the store. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, as per Correios regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.
If delivery is not carried out due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, it will be necessary to pay a new shipping fee, in the amount of 65 reais (shipping value + post office fee), for resending of product.
PROCESSING TIME
After your order is processed and payment goes through our system, the next steps are: picking, packaging and shipping. This process usually takes approximately 1 to 3 business days.
DEADLINE FOR SHIPPING THE PRODUCT AND TRACKING CODE
You will receive the tracking code in the email registered when purchasing within 7 business days after processing your order.
To track your order, simply go to the Correios page and paste the tracking code you received in your email.
As it is an international order, for tracking to be available on the Correios website, the product must be moved and for this reason, it takes around 5 to 10 business days for the product to be tracked.
DEADLINE
Delivery time is estimated at 2 to 5 weeks after order dispatch. However, adverse factors such as delays in clearance from the IRS, postal strike, impossibility of delivery due to weather factors or risk areas, national holidays may add a few days to the delivery of the product.
However, most of our customers are receiving their order within 20 calendar days.
ORIGIN
Our products are imported from the United States, Europe and Asia.
There are situations in which an order may be delivered in two or more shipments, as the products may be sent from different suppliers. In this case, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.
SHIPPING METHODS
The products are always delivered by the Post Office, however, in some cases, such as an absent recipient, a region with limited delivery or even an incorrect address, the customer may have to pick up the product at the branch closest to their residence.
If the address is not filled in correctly, the product may be returned to the sender. We ask for extra attention when filling out the address. If there is an error when filling out the address and the product cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible.
The Post Office makes three delivery attempts, if they are unable to complete it, the product will be available for collection at the nearest branch for up to 7 days. After this period, the product returns to the sender.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Any and all imports are subject to bureaucracy or customs taxes. If you receive any extra charges for your order, we are responsible for such fees. Returns information
1. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE WITHIN UP TO 7 CALENDAR DAYS
Every customer has a period of 7 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product, according to the Post Office, to withdraw from the purchase made at VITOCLEI STORE without the need to explain the reasons for such action. This period starts from the date of receipt of the product by the consumer. If the withdrawal period expires on a non-working day, it will automatically be extended to the first following working day. Before sending the product back to VITOCLEI STORE, the customer must contact us, any order sent back without prior communication will automatically be sent to the same sender address, with the shipping cost being the responsibility of the consumer. The cancellation of the purchase must be informed via email atendimento@vitocleistore.com. If the consumer does not notify VITOCLEI STORE of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar days, the withdrawal will be refused and the product will be returned to the same sender address, with the shipping cost being the responsibility of the consumer. In case of return due to withdrawal, the product must be in perfect condition of use. If there are faults, damages, risks of any characteristic that disqualifies it as a new product, the return will be refused.

Refund of amounts:
– Credit card: The refund may occur on up to 2 subsequent invoices as determined by the Card Operator.
ATTENTION: The refund of amounts will only be processed after receipt and analysis of the condition of the product(s) at our Distribution Center. The product must not show any signs of use.
2. EXCHANGE OF NEW PRODUCT (WITHOUT DEFECT)
– According to the law, a new product has a period of up to 30 calendar days to be replaced. As long as it is presented in the same conditions in which it was received/purchased (in the original packaging and unused). Remember that for us to make an exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and unused.

3. PRODUCT DELIVERED DEFECTIVE (24 hours)
VITOCLEI STORE does its best to send all orders in perfect condition to our customers, however, if the consumer receives a product that has an open or damaged box, we ask that you contact us immediately, this way we can contact the carrier responsible for investigation.
Every order must be checked in its entirety upon receipt. If the consumer receives a product that is damaged, communication must be made within 24 hours via email atendimento@vitocleistore.com.
The product must be sent complete, with packaging and purchase invoice. All products will be evaluated and if no defect is identified or they are not complete according to the conditions above, they will be sent back to customers, with the shipping cost being the responsibility of the consumer. .
Important: VITOCLEI STORE will only resend another product when the defective product is returned, so that we can carry out the necessary technical assessments and detect the causes of the product's defect and/or malfunction. After approval of the exchange, the deadline for us to send the new product is 10 working days after receiving the product in the store.
4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (WARRANTY)
Books sold by VITOCLEI STORE have a 30-day guarantee in case of manufacturing faults.
