CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
The team (VITOCLEI STORE) is constantly investing in policies so that our customers are always satisfied. You can request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it.
You have 7 calendar days to return products from the following categories:
Cell Phones and Telephones
Cameras and Accessories
Audio and Video Electronics
Computing
Other products
You have 30 calendar days to return them, counting from the date of receipt.
And all its accessories, software and components.
The following conditions must be observed:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging;
The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the form in which it was received;
The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accessories that accompany it.
IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.
WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send an email to contato@vitocleistore.com and let us know:
- Product's name;
Request number;
Email registered upon purchase;
Reason for exchange or return; - IMAGE OR VIDEO THAT PROVES THE DEFECT, IF ANY.
Once all questions regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address for returning the product and will reimburse you for the amount paid for the product and shipping.

FORMS OF REFUND
- Credit card chargeback: This chargeback may appear on up to two invoices after the return is completed through the payment gateway.
TED - Transfer to the customer's account that can be made within 10 business days after confirmation of the return. THE TRANSFER CANNOT BE MADE TO A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT.
